bukan salah aku!

aku tensen! kenapa? sbb bukan salah aku, dpn2 staff lain, aku kena sound.. mende simple mcm nie pun aku takleh handle kata dia!! aku sabar jeeeee... tapi aku rasa tadi aku de wat muka sbb aku tak tgk bos aku pun. satu - sbb aku dah terangkan situasi, kenapa dia taknak cool down and dgr betul2. yg dia tau - membebel tah perkejadahnyee... aku dah kata, dorang try dptkan transport. boleh lagi tanye aku bila. tak reti nak sabar ker?? tensen nyeeee.. ingat transport tu leh dpt lam masa seminit kerr?? tak gheti2 .. ishh... naper laa idop aku kebelakangan nie asek mcm nie je!! boleh tak aku idop ngan tenang damai jerr... ! ngan office mcm nie, personal pun satu macam.. aku rasa lama2 de aku mati ngan masalah jee nie!!

Dear S,
There was a logistics breakdown whereby transport arranged for P to KLIA had left without P. The sequence of events is as follows;

On 6 Dec 2007, J had called T of S*D and informed that P will go to KLIA using our transport. T had advised that P should be at Lobby C at 9.30a.m.

This morning Puan Z had called at 9.00 p.m. and informed J that P may come down to Lobby C at 9.45 a.m at which time the transport will leave for KLIA. J has reconfirmed the time with Puan Z before conveying the message to P.

Therefore P went down at 9.45 a.m. . However we regret to say that the transport had left for KLIA without waiting for P.

On checking with Puan Z, who subsequently arranged for another car to send P to the ERL station to take the train to KLIA by himself, it was found that P's name was not even in the list of Directors leaving today at 9.45 a.m.

J had further checked with S of S*D today at 9.55 a.m to figure out how this happened and she had mentioned that P's name was not on the list. This indicates a breakdown in communication at your end, perhaps between S and T.

In view of this we will be sending a claim for P's ERL ticket to S*D.
